Where the sword is, the heart follows.

剣 (Ken) — sword.

The center of kendo. It's the discipline you hold yourself to, practice after practice.

在 (Zai) — presence.

Being there, fully. The kind of attention kendo asks of you every time you step onto the floor.

We named the bag after both because that's what we wanted to build: something that holds up the way your training does. Not a metaphor — just a bag made by people who've hauled bogu to enough early practices to know what breaks first, what gets left behind, and what actually needs to hold up.

We use durable materials because bogu is expensive and sweat-soaked gear is unforgiving. We pay attention to the small things — how a strap sits, how fast something dries, how it holds up after the fiftieth practice.
